Hi peeps.Thank you for always visiting my blog.I was surprised to see that it's been more than a year since i had my last post whoa!!! To tell you honestly, i had a hard time logging in to all my accounts :-( ,i dont know if it's alzheimer or dimentia ahahahha....i forgot all my passwords, i just got lucky that i was able to log in here even though i didnt know how i did it :-) anyways, just to give all of you an update,i've been here in Idaho for more than 4mos now.still adjusting but am truly happy now that i am here with the love of my life Joe. That also explains why i never posted for a long time.no need for me to be on the computer most of the time coz we're already together,but then I know I owe it to myself to update my blog always and visit the sites of my linking partners.I'll try to do it from time to time whenever i'm in the mood hehehe.

This case is just one among many cases,where filipinos especially filipina who simply ignore the law when it comes to marriage.There's nothing wrong falling in love to another man for as long as it's on the right track.We should clear out and make everything smooth to avoid conflicts in the end.We dont want our love ones to suffer especially if there are kids involve.

This article should serve as an awakening to other people who wants to enter or have entered in a relationship but still have some extra baggage to sort out.There's always a solution for everything.And learn how to wait because patience is virtue.

Sunday is often dedicate by going to church for religious people like Catholics, I used to hear mass every Sunday but i can't do it anymore.I Even missed attending masses being held at my son's school, they're required to hear mass every first and second Sundays of the month,it's always officiated either by their school director or the priest assigned to their school.But i believe that praying cant just be done inside the church, we can pray anytime and anywhere and that's what im doing most of the time and with all sincerity and from the heart.

I can still remember a prayer entitled NO TIME, i first heard it when i attended a retreat at Don Bosco Batulao during my first year of teaching. it goes like this.....

I knelt to pray but not for long
I had too much to do,
Must hurry off and get to work
For bills will soon be due.

And so I said a hurried prayer,
Jump up from off my knees,
My Christian duty now is done
My soul could be at ease.

All through the day i had no time
To speak a word of cheer,
No time to speak of Christ to friends
They'd laugh at me I feared.

No time, no time, too much too do:
That was my constant cry,
No time to give to those in need
At last 't'was time to die.

And when before the Lord I came,
I stood with downcast eyes,
Within His hands He held a book
It was the Book of Life.

He looked into the book and said,

I once was going to write it down
But never found the time".

There are times that we experience a lot of probems all at the same time.It's like when God pour it out from heaven and it was just recieved by one person ....lol. but it's true.sometimes it's so depressing,everybody's smiling and you're the only person who looks like you carry the whole world on your shoulder..Ouch!

I've experienced this not only once,not only twice but many times.there were times that i'd like to give up,but after reading my thoughts and after comparing myself to other people who are less fortunate than me,i've started to think that im more blessed than them,that despite of feeling so low,i'm still lucky that i have my own home to shelter me from storm,i have a good health,a sound mind and i have relatives and friends who're always there to support me.and i have the two wonderful people in my life who never failed to add colors into my life...Joe and Carlo.

Yes,life is tough! I can also say,it's a survival of the fittest.We need to be strong,we need to hold on,and we need to have a strong faith to God who strengthen us to face life's trial.We may be thinking that we're the only ones who's facing life's struggle,but deep within,we know that God's always there,watching us,always ready to pick us up whenever we stumble and fall,always ready to lend a helping hand,He's just waiting for us to come to Him and ask for His help but most of the time,no need to ask for His help,He's available 24/7.

Connection or Computer Problem?

Yesterday,my internet connection was bad,it was like on and off for hours that i wasnt able to use it properly.i was trying to contact my provider's customer assistance but too bad,their circuits are busy,you might wonder why i said it was the circuit,because i didnt even reach their number yet and it was already busy,no rings,no recording that said "all operators are busy at the moment,please try your call later" :p , all that i heard was a continuous busy tone,hmph,very incompetent!i dont want to mention the name because it will mean a free advertisement for them(hihihi).i just hate it although it is my former employer's sister company :p

When i finally got it back,i had a hard time connecting to windows live messenger,i was online but according to Joe,my fiance,i was offline the whole night that made him worried about me(how sweet huh,that's only of the many reasons why im so in love with him :p)i told him i was on coz i showed my key actions and the messages that i sent him.anyways,it was just resolved this morning when i turned back my pc on again.

Another thing that made me pissed off lately and until now is that i find it hard to copy a certain code or words and paste it,whenever i do it,either i cant highlight the whole paragraph and have it copied or i usualy ended up messing with the sentences oh boy!lol.now i cant open a window without waiting for a few seconds,sometimes it never opened at all,hmph!

Well,i've already deleted my cookie,deleted some files,reboot many times,but i guess i have to delete some again since me and my son always save some files.also,i guess it is a software issue,i dont know,or i guess i need to reformat this again,although it'll just take me a few minutes to have this reformatted,it will be tasky since i need to have a backups to save my files....whew!but i dont have any choice do i?good thing i know how to reformat a computer otherwise i will have to pay a technician 500pesos or more just to have this fixed.

Refrigerator Cake (No Bake)

Ingredients:

2 packs Graham Crackers(220g each)
2 small boxes Nestle All Purpose Cream (chilled)
1 can condensed milk
1 can peaches(thinly sliced)

Procedure:

Beat all purpose cream and condensed milk in a bowl until it's foamy.Arrange crackers in a rectangular pan.spread the mixture over crackers,top with remaining crackers,repeat the same procedure til u reach ur desired layer.top with sliced peaches or fruit cocktail or sliced mangoes,or whatever toppings you prefer.Refrigerate at least 3 hrs.Cut into squares.

It's just 5:30am here,as usual,it's Monday and it's the first day of school so i had to wake up at 4:15am again.I've already cleaned the house and cooked my son's breakfast.right now,im just waiting for him to get done and we will find our way to his school :p.sometimes people tells me it's tiring,doing things over and over again everyday,Redundant!but well what can i do,it is how it is.and im not doing this to please everybody,im doing this wholeheartedly for my son.and i bet most mom will agree with me,that we are here for our kids.And being a parent doesnt stop from the day when our kids bid goodbye to have their own families,being a parent is a never ending tasks.it's a lifetime responsibility.

And everyday im thankful that God always give me a chance to do this for my son,i am enjoying it fully but then i admit,sometimes it helps to vent....hehehe

Ok,got to go!he's now ready to leave.

What's in a NAME

I remember the song of "America" - The Horse with No Name. Of course there are animals that we knew only of their kinds but not all of them has a "given" name .Can u imagine or do you know a person without a name?All of us has a name,even before we were born,our parents already prepared a name for us,whether it's a boy or a girl.and it's a right of every child to be given a name.So every person has a birth certificate with their names written on it.

I guess during my parents time,they were not so particular regarding the spelling that was written on my Birth Certificate since i had a hard time the first time that i applied for a passport coz there were errors on it.and just a few weeks ago,per RA9048.i had to gather all documents that it needed to have my name changed from the name that was written on my BC to the name that i've been using since i started going to school,and had it published in a newspaper for 2 consecutive weeks then wait for 45working days to have it finally done.Mind you,It wasnt that easy!

And speaking of Birth Certificate,most of the time,whether we will apply for a job or going abroad,Authenticated BC from NSO are required.

So, have you imagined going to National Statistics Office and wait for a long lines of people that are waiting to be served?I am just living in Manila and it's just easy for me to go back and forth there but still I found it very tiring,how about those who live in the provinces?Sometimes if you'll get lucky,you'll get a negative result,or you have to come back for another day.

But I'm glad nowadays there are some improvements because now you can just apply to NSO near your place or you can just call their hotline and it will be delivered on your footsteps just after a few days.

See! at least we're improving! Only I hope it will improve more!more and more! :p
